Great British Insulation Scheme

If you own or privately rent a property which has:

  • Council Tax Band between A – C
  • EPC Rating of D, E, F or G

You may be eligible for free insulation and other home upgrades. You do not need to be on benefits.

 

ECO4 Scheme

You could qualify for the ECO4 Scheme if you own or privately rent a property which has:

  • Council Tax Band between A – C
  • EPC Rating of E, F or G

And you or anyone who lives in the property is on the following benefits:

Child Tax Credit (CTC)

Income-Based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)

Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

Pension Credit (Guarantee Credit)

Pension Credit (Savings Credit)

Universal Credit (UC)

Working Tax Credit (WTC)
